Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 head cabbage, approximately 2 lb.
3 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown
meat,
pepper
and onion (drain).
Stir in tomatoes, salt and garlic salt, simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
Cut cabbage into wedges, cook in water 15 minutes or until desired tenderness, (drain).
Arrange cabbage in casserole dish.
Pour meat mixture over cabbage, bake uncovered
20 to 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook

to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
