The Busy Person'S Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cut-up, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 bag frozen cut broccoli
    1 bag frozen cut corn
    4 carrots, cut lengthwise
    1 c. each: diced onions, bell pepper, red pepper and celery
    1 clove crushed garlic
    dash or 2 black pepper
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1/4 c. vegetable or sesame oil
    Mrs. Dash's spicy no salt seasoning
    2 tsp. water (if needed)
Preparation
    Rinse chicken well.
    Preheat wok or large frying pan with oil.
