Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions
    1 small can mushrooms
    3/4 c. rice, uncooked
    1 small green pepper (optional)
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Add rice, celery, green peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes.
    Then add salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    This can be placed in casserole and baked in oven or cooked on top of stove or in electric frypan.
    If mixture seems dry, add a small amount of water or tomato juice.
