Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. dried red beans
1 large onion, peeled
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 large jalapeno pepper or 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (Bruno's or Food World)
1 lb. Conecuh or Plantation sausage, cut in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation

Wash beans.
Combine all ingredients, except sausage, in large pot with plenty of water.
Cook until beans are tender.
Cook sausage on the side and add to other mixture about 20 minutes before done.
Serve on rice.
Freeze remainder.
