Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    blueberry or peach fruit, prepared
    white bread slices
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place fruit in baking dish.
    Trim bread and place on top of fruit.
    Mix sugar, flour, butter and egg.
    Pour mixture over bread and fruit.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
