Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    4 c. fresh blueberries
    pastry (for 2 crust 9-inch pie), unbaked
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Turn into 9-inch bottom crust. Dot with butter or margarine.
    Cover with top crust pastry.
    Trim edges of pie.
    Cut slash in top to let steam escape.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
