Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. meat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Cut meat in strips
    about
    1/4-inch thick.
    Add 3/4 cup water to sauce mixture to
    cover all the meat.
    Soak 24 hours. Dry slowly, about 2 hours, at 180\u00b0.
