Clemson Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
1 small (12 oz.) bottle catsup
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Do not refrigerate.
(If too tangy, add more catsup to taste.)
Great for spreading on chicken during last 15 minutes of grilling (or the game!!).
