Barbecue For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    75 lb. lean ground beef
    9 lb. chopped onion
    3 1/2 gal. catsup
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
    28 tsp. French's mustard
    8 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat in small quantities, pour into colander and rinse well under running water to remove excess grease.
    Using 3 large roasters, divide other ingredients evenly and add cooked meat. Simmer for several hours.
    Use 1/3 cup per serving.
    (Do not add salt, there is enough in the catsup.)
