Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (raw)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 bag Ore-Ida Tater Tots
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    Monterey Jack cheese
    Durkee French fried onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
    Press mix in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
    Arrange layer of Tater Tots over beef mixture.
    Add milk to soup and pour over top of Tater Tots.
    Top with grated cheese and about 1/2 small can Durkee French fried onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
