Custard Pie(Makes Its Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. sugar (can use a sugar substitute for a diabetic diet)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; add to all other ingredients (but eggs). Beat eggs and add to mixture.
    Pour into a 9-inch well-buttered pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
