Meemie'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 stick Fleischmann's oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Angel Flake coconut, sprinkled last on top
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oleo (room temperature) with a fork.
    Add eggs, vinegar and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle coconut evenly on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
