Oven Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 6 lb.) turkey, cut into serving pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed packaged herb-seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Sprinkle turkey pieces with salt and pepper.
    Dip in butter, then roll in stuffing crumbs.
    Place pieces, skin side up, in a jelly roll pan or other shallow pan.
    Drizzle with 1/2 of the remaining butter, then sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
    Cover with foil.
