German Chocolate Upside Down Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13 pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly over bottom of the pan. Combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat another 2 minutes on high. Spoon batter to with in one inch of edges. Bake for 43-53 minutes. or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or cold. Store in refrigerator.
