Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (15 oz.) can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix well and put in 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
    Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Cover with foil while baking. Uncover last 5 minutes to crisp cracker topping.
