Ingredients

1 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 2/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
