Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
    1 to 2 drops red or green liquid food coloring
    1 c. peeled, seeded and grated cucumbers
    48 slices white sandwich bread
    cucumber wedges and fresh dill seed for garnish
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in food coloring; set aside.
    Drain grated cucumber on paper towels, gently squeezing out excess moisture.
    Fold into cream cheese mixture and set aside.
