Whole Wheat Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, butter,
    eggs
    and vanilla in large bowl, beating well.
    Combine
    flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, soda
    and
    salt.
    Add
    to
    buttermilk
    mixture, mixing well.
    Place dough\ton
    floured
    surface;
    roll out 1/4 inch thickness.\tFry in deep
    fat.
    Glaze with 2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
