Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Add all ingredients plus 2 cups cold water.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Knead until smooth; keep covered.
