Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
3 zucchini, approximately 6 inches long, grated

Preparation

Cream together first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix next 3 ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Add flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and cocoa to all other ingredients.
Grate and add zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
