Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayo
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    4 scallions, chopped finely
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (do not cook)
Preparation
    Mix together the sour cream, mayo and soup mix; stir well. Add chopped water chestnuts and scallions; stir.
    Squeeze thawed spinach to remove all water; stir in spinach.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with rye bread, crackers or vegetable dippers.
