Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. beef sirloin, cut in strips
    16 oz. Western style vegetables or any vegetable combination
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat; add beef and cook. Add remaining ingredients; stir.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, not mushy.
