Pat'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter well.
Add eggs and beat into the first mixture.
Add vinegar, vanilla and corn meal and mix well with all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(I bake pie shell for 5 minutes before adding the mixture.)
