Pork And Sweet Potato Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    2 large green peppers
    2 medium size onions
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
    1 garlic clove
    salad oil
    2 lb. pork cubes
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (with tomato puree)
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/4 c. unsalted roasted peanuts (for garnish)
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving, peel sweet potatoes and cut into bite size chunks.
    Cut green peppers lengthwise into 3/4-inch wide strips. Cut onions into bite size chunks. Cut each mushroom in half (or into quarters if large); mince garlic.
