Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    milk
Preparation
    Place uncooked macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour cooking oil over (just enough to lightly coat), then stir.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add Velveeta, then stir.
    Add milk, enough to come up sides of casserole and just over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
    Do not cover casserole during baking.
    Serves 6 to 8.
