Monjo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. red and yellow mung beans
Preparation
    Boil beans to dry and add sugar to taste.
    Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly except the boiled beans.
    Make small balls of the mixed dough.
    Flatten each ball wide and thin enough to fill each with spoons of sweetened beans.
    Put ends of dough towards the center to close and place invertedly on greased baking pan (looks like stuffed buns). Dab with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 350\u00b0 until dough is cooked.
