Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 potatoes, diced real small (about 2 1/2 c.)
1 can chicken broth and 1 can water
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 small can ham (5 oz. size)
1 (11 oz.) can drained kernel corn
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (11 oz.) can cold milk (use kernel corn can) or use 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (both)
Preparation

Bring water, potatoes, onions, ham, salt and pepper to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring once or twice until the potatoes are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes for flavor to develop.
