Baked Chicken With Orange Nut Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
    2 Tbsp. pecans or peanuts, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice (uncooked)
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 envelope of seasoned coating mix for chicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 2-quart, greased, shallow baking dish. Coat chicken and
    pout on top of rice mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes\tor
    more.
    If
    rice
    gets
    too dry, mix a little water and
    orange
    juice and add during cooking.\tServe hot.
