Chocolate Dumpling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Spoon batter over margarine; don't mix.
    Mix 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour boiling water over top of pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Good over vanilla ice cream.
