Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 c. chocolate chips
2 c. finely diced (not shredded) zucchini (no skin)
nuts (if desired)

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat with mixer.
Mix together all dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Add nuts if desired.
Spoon into greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with chips.
Needs no icing.
