Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 qt. pecan halves
    salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Heat Karo and oil in cast-iron skillet. Stir to mix.
    Add pecans and salt thoroughly.
    Place skillet in oven and bake 35 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove from oven and place pecans on wax paper.
    Separate pecans and salt thoroughly.
    These become crisp as they cool.
