Ingredients

1 qt. small carrots, scraped
1/3 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Drain.
Place in baking dish.
Mix together both sugars, lemon juice and melted butter.
Pour over carrots.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
