Different Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. ground pecans
2 pie shells, partially baked
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites well and set aside.
Beat egg yolks until thick and add sugar gradually. Add butter and milk.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until filling is browned on top.
Makes 2 medium or 1 large pie.
