Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 qt. fresh strawberries, whole or sliced
9 or 10 inch baked pie shell
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thickened.
Add jello to hot mixture.
Cool. Layer strawberries in pie shell.
Pour filling over berries and refrigerate.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
