Turkey Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over turkey/fruit mixture.
    Top with almonds.
    Add 2 cups rice to make this stretch.
