Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted margarine

Preparation

Cook the sweet potatoes; mash with mixer.
Add the vanilla, eggs, sugar and melted margarine.
Put in casserole dish.
