Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter (1 c.)
pinch of cream of tartar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
dash of salt
Preparation

Keep popped popcorn warm in low oven.
Combine the brown sugar, butter and syrup and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Pour over popped corn; mix and place in large roasting pan.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
