Patricia'S Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) loaf thin party rye bread
    1 to 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) jar mayonnaise
    1 (9 oz.) jar horseradish sauce (to taste)
    1 (3 oz.) bottle stuffed olives
Preparation
    Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
    Top with cucumber slice and generous dab of horseradish sauce.
    Garnish with 1/2 stuffed olive, stuffing side up.
    Makes 30.
