Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar and brown sugar to eggs.
Sift together baking soda, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Fold in zucchini, vanilla, walnuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
