Hostess Hollandiase Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
    1 c. hot water
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Beat the eggs well in the top of a double boiler.
    Have the butter at room temperature and cream it with the flour.
    Add seasoning and lemon juice; then add hot water and stir until smooth.
    Pour the mixture into the eggs, set over boiling water and stir until thickened.
