Sausage And Egg Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices bread, cubed
9 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese (sharp or Cheddar)
1 1/2 lb. sausage
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place bread cubes in bottom of greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish; set aside.
Cook sausage until browned and crumbled.
Drain well.
Combine sausage, eggs, milk, cheese and salt.
Pour over bread crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
