Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
    5 bacon strips, cooked
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Tear spinach into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
    In a jar, combine all remaining ingredients except bacon and eggs. Shake until mixed well and pour over spinach.
    Toss lightly. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
    Serve immediately.
