Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh whole mushrooms
    spring onions
    1 clove garlic
    butter
    bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms in salted water. Remove stems and dry. Mince stems, spring onions and garlic. Saute in butter. Add bread crumbs until all moisture is absorbed. Add egg to mix. Oil mushroom caps and fill with mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes. Serve while warm.
