Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. blueberries
    1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make a well in center of flour mix. Combine egg, oil and milk. Add to the dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Stir into batter with lemon peel.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Dip muffins into warm butter and sugar.
