Tiny Chocolate Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels, melted
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease miniature muffin pans with butter.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate crumbs into each muffin cup.
    Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy.
    Add sugar; beat well.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in melted chocolate.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon into each muffin cup.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Cool on wire racks 5 minutes.
    Can be prepared 2 days ahead or frozen for 1 month.
    Yields 5 dozen.
