Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
2 c. finely cut cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook macaroni until tender.
Rinse; combine with cabbage, carrots, pepper, onion and tuna.
Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients.
Toss and chill.
Serve over lettuce.
Yields 6 servings.
