Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Put hash browns in a big bowl; stir in sour cream, onion and cheese.
    Melt margarine and stir in soup.
    Mix into hash browns. Melt another 1/2 stick margarine and stir in 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or crackers.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 small casseroles.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
