Wild Grape Catsup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. wild grapes
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cook grapes on low until soft, about 1/2 hour, then put through sieve.
Take grape puree and cook with rest of ingredients.
Bottle and seal.
Store in a cool, dry place.
