Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    paprika and garlic salt to taste
    2 slices bread, cut into small cubes
    1 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into cubes.
    Cook in water to cover in saucepan until just tender; drain.
    Layer potatoes and next 7 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Pour margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
