Cheesy Jalapeno New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small new potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) loaf Mexican-style pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento (undrained)
    1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a large saucepan 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Cool and cut into thin slices; set aside.
